Beautiful college with great history and reputation in Kerala. GVC produced great personalities in diversified fields of life including MT, TN Sheshan etc. It's an iconic destination in the town. Many movies are screened here including Sarvakalashala.

One of the famous and old college in Kerala. You will feel back to 1800s sometimes when you visited here. It located near town stand palakkad. 10 rupees in bus. 50-60 rupees in auto. Big ground is there inside the campus. Must visit place. You will see one old big tree. The students so called muthassi maram (grandma tree)
