Very worst. My wife studied BEd., before 2 years still they are not giving the marksheet even though she paid full fees before exams. No response for phone calls she came to office twice they said marksheet is not given from university. I have been calling for marksheet to apply TRB but they are still not responding and giving my marks sheets. Worst colleague in my experience.
